Upon your arrival in Chennai, you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel. Overnight Stay.

Breakfast at the hotel. Your afternoon tour of Chennai takes you to Victoria art gallery, Bronze gallery, Chennai museum, Fort St. George, Santhome Church and Kapaleeswarar temple. Overnight Stay.

Chennai - Kanchipuram - Mahabalipuram 138 Kms / 3h 40m

Proceed to Kanchipuram, one of the seven sacred cities of India. Visit three of the best temples- Kailasanathar and Ekambareswarar, dedicated to Lord Shiva, Sri Vaikuntha Perumal, Lord Vishnu. In the afternoon, proceed to Mahabalipuram, where you will visit the 17th century rock hewn monuments. The Shore temple, the only surviving one of seven, is a unique example of a temple built of rock quarried elsewhere and carried to shore. Check into your hotel. Overnight stay.

Chennai - Pondicherry 165 kms / 3h 15m

In the morning drive to Pondicherry. In the afternoon visit the Botanical gardens, Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, Government park, Manakula Vinayagar temple, Romain Rolland library, Sri Aurobindo Ashram, French institute, Museums and Art galleries.

Pondicherry - Thanjavur 174 Kms / 3h 30m

Drive this morning to Thanjavur, en route visit Nataraj temple at Chidambaram, and also visit the temples at Kumbakonam. Upon arrival check into the hotel. Overnight stay.

Thanjavur - Trichy 65 kms / 1h 10m

Today enjoy the morning tour of Thanjavur, visiting Brihadisvara temple, Thanjavur palace, Sangeetha mahal, Saraswathi mahal, Royal palace museum and Schwartz church. Later drive to Trichy, where you will visit the Rock fort, Jambukeswaram temple / Thiruvanaikoil, Srirangam, Museums and Art galleries. Overnight stay.

Trichy - Madurai 130 Kms / 2 hrs

Depart for Madurai by surface. In the afternoon visit Meenakshi temple, Thirumalai Nayak palace, Mariamman tank and Koodal Alagar temple. In the evening, visit Meenakshi Temple again for the evening prayer ceremony. Overnight stay.
