Today enjoy full day sightseeing of Ahmedabad. Morning visit the Calico Textile museum, Kite museum, Tribal Museum and Shreyas Folk museum. After breakfast drive to Poshina. On the way visit Modhera & Patan. In Modhera visit Sun temple, the best example of Hindu architecture. Proceed to Patan- Patan was an ancient hind capital before Mahmud of Ghazni sacked it in 1024.Later drive to Poshina- the tribal land of Aravalis. Explore the Bhil & Garasia tribal culture of north Gujarat & southern Rajasthan. The village of Poshina is a home to a number of artisans the tribal arrow crafters, silver, Potters, blacksmiths and the bazaar is famous for silver tribal jewellery, ornate sheathed daggers and terra cotta horses. Overnight stay.
After breakfast visit tribal villages around Poshina. It is a centre to see Garasia tribals and also rajasthani Rabaris can be seen near Ambaji. Afternoon second safari to the tribal villages located in the aravalli hills. Overnight stay.
After breakfast proceed to Zainabad - "little Rann of kutch" and the local tribes and the ruins of the Solanki rulers. The Rann is a stunning experience. It is a vast expanse of flat sea bed. The drive through the vast Rann offers many visual delights like the wild ass, blue bull, chinkara, jungle and desert cats and a large variety of birds including cranes. Overnight stay.
Early morning enjoy a jeep safari through the Rann of Kutch to see the rare species of the "indian wild ass". Later visit the nearby villages to see the local tribes such as Rabari, Koli and Banania who still maintain their rich heritage of lifestyle, clothes, jewellery and dances. Their embroidery is exquisite. Overnight stay.
After breakfast drive to Bhuj. Upon arrival check into the hotel. Afternoon visit Aina Mahal which now serves as a museum was built during the rule of Rao Lakhpatji. It now stands as a repository of the culture and history of Kachchh. Also visit Prag Mahal which is opposite to Aina Mahal. Overnight stay.
Breakfast at the hotel. Full day excursion to Banni village and tribal villages like Tunda vandha. It is a unique Rabari village, it has about 125 exquisitely designed Kachchhi huts inhabited by about 400 Rabaris. Most of the male population is generally away from the village. The interiors of the huts present a pleasant spectacle of native art. Overnight stay.
After breakfast drive to Gondal, en route visit Dhamadka. Upon arrival check in at the hotel.Gondal - the capital of the former princely state of Gondal, was ruled by the Jadeja Rajput clan, till the independence of India. It is a fortified town located on the river Gondali.
After breakfast drive to Uthelia, small fortified village. In the evening visit the village to see the traditional houses, diamond polishing, hot springs and typical ambience of indian village. Overnight stay.
After breakfast, drive to Jambughoda. The place is renowned for its rich cultural heritage, abundant wildlife, and natural beauty. The forests near Jambughoda are full of wild animals like leopards, jackals, bears, deer, and many more. Upon arrival, check into the hotel.
After breakfast proceed for a full day excursion to the tribal villages of Jambughoda. Most of the tribal’s living in and around Jambughoda are ‘Rathwas’ & ‘Nayaks’. They are superstitious and God-fearing people. The entrance to their home is through a richly carved wooden door with figurines and tribal icons. The front is usually decorated with Pithora paintings for which the ‘Rathwas are known for.Also visit the tribal museum of Chhota Udaipur which has a large collection of tribal artifacts. After breakfast drive to Surat. Afternoon visit the city of Surat and rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay.
After breakfast drive to Saputara - Gujarat's picturesque hill station perched on a plateau in the Dang forest area of the Sahyadri range. At an altitude of about 1000m, it has a cool bracing climate, the highest temperature. Even in the summer months do not exceed 28 Degree.Afternoon visit various tribal villages at Saputara, considered to be the most primitive tribal community. Overnight stay.
