Travel to Bhopal, a city of lakes and history, and visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Sanchi, renowned for its ancient Buddhist stupas. Return to Bhopal before heading to Jalgaon, the gateway to the ancient Ajanta Caves, famous for their exquisite rock-cut architecture and paintings. Continue to Aurangabad to explore the Ellora Caves and the historic sites of the region. Conclude your journey in Mumbai, India's bustling metropolis, where you can experience its vibrant culture and coastal charm. This itinerary offers a deep dive into India’s rich history, from ancient Buddhist relics to modern-day marvels.

Arrive Delhi

After you reach Delhi, guests will be received by our representatives at the airport for the Sanchi Tour. Afterwards, you will be taken to the hotel and will be duly checked in. Later, guests will be at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Delhi – Bhopal

On this day guests will be taken for a sightseeing tour of Old Delhi and New Delhi which will include a visit to Red Fort, Raj Ghat, Jama Masjid, Humayun Tomb, Qutub Minar and India Gate. By late evening, guests will be taken towards the railway station to board an overnight train for Bhopal.

Bhopal - Sanchi - Bhopal 96 kms / 3 hrs

After reaching Bhopal, guests will be checked in at the hotel. Afterwards, you will leave for a Buddhist tour to Sanchi, the site of the great Buddhist stupa and to the archaeological museum. Later, guests will visit the Bhimbhetka Caves. By late evening, guests will be taken back to the hotel and retire for the night. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Bhopal - Jalgaon 431 kms / 9h 15m

Early morning on the Buddha tour guests will catch a train for Jalgaon. After arriving there, guests will be checked in at the hotel, where guests will be free to relax for a bit. Later, you will be taken for a tour of Ajanta Caves which comprise of shrines and monasteries which highlight the caves. By late evening, guests will be taken back to the hotel where you will be free to relax. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Jalgaon - Aurangabad 155 kms / 4 hrs

Early morning on the Buddhist expedition guests will leave for Aurangabad and on reaching you will be checked in at the hotel. Afterwards, guests will leave for a tour to Ellora Caves which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and it represents the three major religions, namely Buddhism, Hinduism and Jainism. Later, guests will also visit the Aurangabad Caves. In the evening, guests will be taken back to the hotel where you. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Aurangabad - Mumbai

Early morning, guests will leave for Mumbai by air. After arrival, guests will be taken for a sightseeing tour of the city. Guests will visit the Gateway of India, Juhu Beach and Prince of Wales Museum. In the evening, guests will be escorted to the international airport to catch a flight for onward destination.
