Travel to Assam | Travel to Arunachal Pradesh | Kaziranga National Park

Meet and assist by our representative at the airport & transfer to Shillong, also called 'Scotland of the East", en route we see Umiam lake, a majestic placid lake with its surrounding sylvan hills. Upon arrival at Shillong, check in at your hotel. In the evening, visit the markets in the mall, back to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast, drive to Cherrapunji, the wettest place in the world. The beautiful waterfall Nohkalikai is at Cherrapunji. You can also explore some of the caves in and around Cherrapunji. Evening return to Shillong, en-route visit Elephant falls and Shillong peak for some breathtaking views. Stay overnight at your hotel.

After breakfast transfer to Kaziranga National Park, the home of the “One Horned Rhinoceros” (280 kms 5 hrs), check in at your hotel. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Early morning explore eastern zone of Kaziranga National park on back of elephant. Apart from the Rhino, other species found are hog deer, swamp deer, wild buffalo, elephants and if you are lucky then tiger also. It is also home to pelicans, storks and darters as there are a number of water bodies inside the park. We will return to the hotel for breakfast. Afternoon we have arranged a Jeep safari through the central zone of the national park. In the evening, come back to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast depart to Bomdila. Upon arrival, check into the hotel. Later visit Lower Gompa and Emporium local market. Overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast, drive to Tawang, en route visit Sela Pass, Jaswant Garh. Upon arrival check in at the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast, proceed for the tour of Tawang. Visit Tawang Monstery- Gaden Namgyal Lhatse, PT Tso lake, Gorsam Chorten, Singar Ani Gompa. Overnight stay at the hotel.

After Breakfast transfer to Dirang. Check in at the hotel upon arrival. After some rest,  visit the regional Apple nursery, Kiwi farm, and Dzong (fort). Overnight stay at the hotel.

After Breakfast transfer to Bhalukpong / Nameri. Check in at the hotel upon arrival. Rest & relax. Overnight stay at the hotel.

After Breakfast transfer to Guwahati. Check in at the hotel upon arrival. Day at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast out to visit Kamakhya temple, Tirupati Balaji temple, Navagraha temple, Assam State museum. Afternoon,visit State zoo cum Botanical garden, Regional Science centre and Sukreswar temple (The 6th Jyotirlinga of Shiva). For the evening, you may take an optional tour of Golden sunset cruise (Direct Payment). Overnight stay at the hotel.

Morning free for personal activities. Later, transfer to Guwahati airport for onward journey.
