| Day 01 Welcome Mumbai |
Arrive in the morning and Welcome by smart presentable
representative of Recreation Travel. Transfer to hotel. Remainder of the day
at leisure. Dinner at hotel. Overnight stay.
Mumbai, India's most cosmopolitan city, a historic port and trading
center. In the morning you will tour this exciting city which includes
seeing the Gateway of India, the prince of Wales Museum, marine Drive -
known as the Queen's Necklace, the Hanging Gardens on top of Malabar Hill,
and the Parsi Towers of Silence. In the afternoon you will take a motor
launch to Elephant Island to view the cave temples with Hindu sculpture and
carvings dating back to the 8th Century including the outstanding
eighteen-foot sculpture of Shiva representing the Hindu Trinity.
| Day 03 Mumbai - Wankanerkms )

Transfer to the airport for one hour flight to Rajkot. Upon
arrival, transfer to the private Wankaner Palace. Welcome cocktail dinner
with the Royal Family.
Full day excursion to see the Dubargadh Waghji palace built in 1882
at MORVI. Then visit the exquisitely carved 300 year old palace built on the
shores of a lake at Halved. Visit Enjal in the little Runn of Kutch, famous
for its flamingos and wild asses.
| Day 05 Wankaner - Ahmedabad |
Leave by road in the morning for Ahmedabad. Upon arrival, check in
at hotel. In the afternoon, you will be given a tour of the highlights of
Ahmedabad. Enjoy tonight, a delicious vegetarian dinner.
| Day 06 Ahmedabad - Dungarpur |
Once again, leave by road for Dungarpur, once the capital of a
Rajput King. Upon arrival, check in at hotel. In the afternoon, there will
be a boat ride with refreshments served on board. In the evening, you will
meet MAHARAJA KUMAR HARSH-VARDHAN SINGH or other members of the Royal Family
for cocktails and dinner.
In the morning, you will be taken to the old town and visit the
JUNA MAHAL PALACE which was designed to withstand sieges and uprisings. You
will also visit the old hunting lodge situated on top of a hill where you
will have refreshments. The afternoon is at leisure.
| Day 08 Dungarpur - Udaipur

Leave by road to travel overland to Udaipur. Upon arrival midday,
check in at hotel for overnight. In the afternoon, take a
boat ride on
lake Pichola. In the evening, enjoy a puppet show, a traditional form of
folk entertainment.
Morning transfer to airport for a one hour flight to Jaipur. Upon
arrival at Jaipur, transfer to hotel. in the afternoon, there will be a half
day tour of Jaipur which will include a visit to the Hava Mahal (Palace of
the Wind) and the famous Observatory.
After breakfast, journey back in time at the deserted 17th Century
fortress of Amber. Ascent to the fort on
gaily caparisoned elephants
to view various palaces with room of stunning beauty including the world's
finest Chamber of Mirrors and the Temple of kali. Afternoon at leisure.
Dinner at hotel which includes Rajasthani Folk Dancing followed by a
Farewell Dinner and Firework which will leave you with treasured memories of
your visit to this colorful land.
| Day 11 Jaipur - Ranthambore

Travel by road to Ranthambore. Upon arrival check in at hotel.
there will be time for
Game Viewing in the evening.
Drive to Ranthambore National Park. Visit to 13th Centaury
historical Ranthambore fort. Later drive 3 hrs. deep into the Jungle to see
the Tiger and Leopard, the main predators found in this reserve. Hyena &
Jakal are the Scavengers. Sloth Bear and Wild Bear are the main carnivores.
The main herbivores found in this Park are Spotted Deer, Sambhar Deer,
Nilgai(Bluebell) anteloge, Chinkara(Indian gazelle) and the common langur.
Evening another Game viewing in the Park. Overnight stay
| Day 13 Ranthambore - Agra |
A full day's Journey this morning by road to the famous city of
Agra. Enroute, visit to Ghost city of Fatehpur Sikri, the deserted city
built by Emperor Akbar in 1569. Upon arrival check in at hotel. overnight
stay.
| Day 14 Agra - Delhi (203
kms.) |
This morning you will visit the
Taj Mahal monument to love
which was built in 1630 by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan as a tomb for his
beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. Other Agra attractions on this morning tour
includes Agra Fort built by Akbar the Great. In the afternoon, travel
overland for the last time to Delhi, India's capital. Upon arrival, check in
at hotel. overnight stay.
A morning tour of New Delhi is highlighted by drive through the
Raisina Hill- India Gate, Parliament House & President House, Qutab
Minar & Himayun Tomb. Afternoon at leisure. In the evening, witness the "Son
et Lumire" show which is an interplay of colorful lights and sound
tracing the history of monument till date at the Red Fort. Overnight stay
In the morning, you will tour Old Delhi which includes Shah Jahan's
Red Fort, the bustling market place of Chandni Chowk by Rikshaw Puller ride,
Raj Ghat, the cremation site of Mahatma Gandhi. Afternoon free for
independent activities or for shopping. In the evening, gather together for
a farewell Dinner along with cultural programme, before saying good by to
this fascinating land.
An early transfer to Delhi Airport for the flight to Home Town.
