Welcome Ceremony At The Airport
1. The smart and presentable representative of "Recreation Tours &
Travels" will greet each member with a marigold garland and a cheerful
smile.
2. After immigration/customs clearance you arrive into the visitors'
arrival area, you will be greeted by a welcome banner with the sponsoring
logo and Welcome message(subject to Airport Authority Permission).
3. Traditional Indian musical instrument, the Shehnaiis played as
members board the coaches-amidst a shower of flower Petals.
4. Video Cameraman/a Photographer will be recording and covering your
arrival till the time the check-in is over at the hotel. On request we can
also arrange the Cameraman to accompany the group on the entire itinerary
and record everything on a Cassette for viewing pleasure on returning
home. Welcome
Ceremony At Hotel 1. On your arrival at the hotel you are
greeted by welcome banners with the sponsoring Company's logo etc. at the
main lobby and behind the hospitality desk. A floral design of the Company
is also displayed in the lobby alongwith traditional 'Rangoli' and brass
better-lamp.
2. An auspicious and ceremonial welcome at the hotel with Shenaii music
in the background. Guests are greeted in the lobby of the hotel with a
ritual called "aarti" followed by "tikka" and each
member is garlanded.
3. Welcome drinks will be served on arrival while keys are being
distributed. Welcome drink could be Coconut Milk, India Sherbat, Nimboo
Pani(Lime Juice) or perhaps a slightly potent cocktail.
4. Each member of the incentive will be handled over a welcome brochure
which again will have the Company insignia on it. Apart from containing
the itinerary and a tourist map of India, it will also contain letter
stationary which will be personally monogrammed alongwith the name of the
tour printed with matching envelops. DELHI
Village Theme An Indian village scene is created in the lawns
of the hotel. Typical village huts are set up for creating the rural
environment. Entertainment is provided by jugglers, dancing beer, monkeys, a
snake charmer, a puppeteer, a lady applying "henna" on the hands
of ladies, music, Folk dances and even an elephant to welcome the guests.
Typical Indian cuisine is served from traditional earthern copper pots.
Mughal Evening A journey back in time of the Mughal
emperors when you will be transported back in time. A Meena Bazaar will be
specially created with small stalls of craftsmen working and displaying
their skills in Pottery, Silk Painting and Embroidery. A stall selling
colourfull glass bangles and you will have an opportunity to watch a
Puppet Show, there will be a Palmist and an astrologer to foretell your
future. The traditional court dance will be performed while you recline on
low diwans with cushions. Fairy Tale lights will illuminate the venue and
in the background live music will soothe your nerves and make a heady
concoction. A specially planned meal consisting of Mughal dishes will be
served with the Chef demonstrating on the oven. Indian dresses can also be
provided for the occasion. Pool Side Cocktails & Dinner
A grand buffet dinner can also be organized at the Poolside with Candles
and roses on the dinner tables and the entire area including the tress and
bushes illuminated with strung lightings. A live band can be also be in
attendance if requested. The menu could arrange from Indian, bar-be-cue,
Chinese or Continental, folk music & dance, Snake charmer, bear dance,
monkey show, typing of the Indian Sarees etc. can all be included to make

Welcome dinner in an Indian Home - whereby you also interact with other

Brides of India Show Bridal costumes of different states of
India are presented in a 45 mins. Pageant. You will marvel at the variety
and richness of each costume alongwith traditional jewellery.
AGRA Welcome Ceremony
Girls attired in Mughal costumes stand at the enterance to the lobby and
garland guests on arrival. Inside the hotel a decor is arranged on the
floor with the name of the group.
Nawab Evening A special evening is arranged at the hotel
Premises. On arrival, ladies are presented with Silk Scarves and gentlemen
with brocade turbans. Guests are seated on a carpeted floor with cushions
and bolsters in Indian style and Royal Court's atmosphere is created. A
sumptuous buffet of Tandoori(bar-be-cue) & Mughalai dishes are served
and a Kathak is arranged to give spice to the evening. The garden is
illuminated with colourfull lights.
Magic & Puppet Show You will be treated to an exclusive
Performance of magical skills and Puppet show of 90 mins. in the hotel.
Mock Marriage Ceremony A couple is chosen from the group
and dressed in traditional wedding costumes of Northern India. The group
is then divided into two Parties, the bride's which waits at the wedding
location and welcome the groom's Party which arrives with the groom riding
a liveried horse, accompanied by traditional music. Following the
ceremony, a special Indian meal is served as a wedding feast for the
guests. This can be arranged at any destination. Astrologer
A closed door meeting can be arranged with the astrologer who will tell
you all about incidents from your Past and the Present and amaze you by
foretelling your future.
JAIPUR Royal Welcome
In the hey days of the Maharajas, they welcomed their honored guests with
colourful Pageantry. A Royal Welcome is accorded to groups on their
arrival at the hotel with decorated camels, caparisoned elephants, horses
lined up and ladies in traditional resembling those worn by Princes and
Princesses in the days bygone can be rented for the special evenings. A
hair dresser is commissioned to provide make up including false beards for
gentlemen and Costume Jewellery for the ladies.
Gala Evening On the gardens of a Fairy tale Palace, an
elaborate buffet dinner is laid out and the group members are entertained
with folk music and dances. In the quite of the night the Palace is
illuminated and the evening ends with an exciting display of fireworks.
Rajasthani Village Evening A typical Rajasthani Village is
created for this evening. Mud walls gaily Painted, with an entrance, are
built around the garden of the Palace. Food Stalls are built with thatched
roofs where Rajasthani women cook local food in traditional earthenware
Pots and a demonstration of their cooking can be seen as group members
Partake of this special meal. Continental food is also served.
Camel Safari Just away of Jaipur a Camel Safari will be
arranged. You will go in a Caravan through the small villages to have a
very rewarding experience.
Horse Safari The horse Safari can be organized from Swarda
to Pushkar. The horse Safari will refresh, recharge and revitalize you.
Feel close to nature as you pass the quite and beautiful countryside. Let
your senses away to the romance of the desert as you pass forts, Palaces
and historical landmarks. Gallop on the Plains, Canter through the hills

UDAIPUR Royal Welcome At
The Lake Palace The group members will be escorted in a
Procession of Camels and horses from the entrance gate to the Jetty. Girls
in ethnic Rajasthani dresses will welcome guests with "aarti"
and garlands before they board the motor launch for a few mins. ride to
the lake Palace. A welcome drink will be served upon arrival while the
keys are distributed.
Gala Evening at Lake Palace A spectacular gala evening at
the Lily Pond which is situated in a large courtyard of the Lake Palace
Hotel, where tables and chairs are laid out on Little islands surrounded
by tinkling fountains. The facade of the Courtyard and the trees are
illuminated by beautiful colour lights.
Terrace Lunch An Indian bar be cue lunch can be arranged on
the Mewar Terrace of the lake Palace, overloading lake Pichola. The
setting is relaxed and the background of Sitar Music adds to the ambience.
GOA Goan Evening
Goa has retained some of the gaiety of the Portuguese colony. Signing and
dancing are a part of their lives. The Poolside garden of the hotel is
reserved exclusively for the group. The hedges, Palm trees and the foliage
around the lawns are lit up with colourful lights. A Special Seafood

Kasmiri Tea called Kahwa.
KATHMANDU Nepalese
Evening On the special evening of your arrival, a specially

traditionally dressed Nepalese girls applying vermillion marks on your
forehead and offering garland. A half-hour performance of Nepalese folk
