We have created a routine that is suitable for all age groups and levels of fitness with a focus on Hath yogic postures combined with specific ways of breathing.
During the programme you will find yourself becoming aware of your inner self, the challenges that you face and how to deal with them. The session will also allow you to understand the strengths and weaknesses of your body and its levels of fitness and flexibility from a Yogic viewpoint. It will further assist you with improved concentration, metabolism and balance at both physical and mental levels.

DYNAMIC YOGA

Sessions begins with the following brief introduction-
This session consist Surya Namaskar (Sun salutation) and Chandra Namaskar (Moon salutation). Surya Namaskar is a set of twelve postures while Chandra Namaskar has fifteen postures in dynamic fashion. Theses intense dynamic traditional practices are highly effective to unwind the body, awaken the mind, clear the charkas and allow experiencing the flow of life energy (Prana) and function of internal Sun and moon through various subtle channels present in this physical body.
AUM chanting – 3 times
Surya Namaskar
6 to 8 rounds. Each round includes the following 12 postures –
- Namaskar Mudra
- Hasta uttanasana
- Padhastasana
- Ashwa sanchalanasana
- Dandasana
- Ashtanga Namaskar

AQUA YOGA

Sessions begins with the following brief introduction-
Aqua yoga uses the healing power and support of water to enhance basic yoga moves.
With the help of various options of movements, it adds a new dimension to Hatha yoga. The combination of yoga and exercise in water enhances in-depth toning of muscles and facilitates in deep abdominal breathing to achieve deep relaxation.
No swimming skill is required for Aqua Yoga.

It is mediation cum deep relaxation session that consist pranayama (breathing practices), mantra chanting and Yoga Nidra. You will be able to discover inner peace and overall well-being through this session.

INDIVISUAL/PRIVATE SESSION
YOGA SESSION
60 MINS.
In private session you will receive individual attention with dialog and adjustments specifically tailored for your needs. Each posture has manual adjustments that will help you to understand the relationships between the muscle groups and body parts being engaged and lengthened. To develop a deeper understanding of how your body engages in each posture, the instructor will apply gentle pressure in specific areas so that your body’s natural intuition will be enhanced. Also, if you have questions, they can be addressed immediately.
PRANAYAMA AND MEDITATION SESSION
60 MINS.
This session has been designed to let the mind release tension and stress through skillful breathing techniques and quiet guided meditation. Teacher will assist you at all times and rest assured, you will feel alert yet completely relaxed after the session.
